Submissions

Writers:
All stories should be 1, 000 words or less and embedded in your email. No attachments. Please include the title of the work, author/s, copyright date,  genre and your site/blog address.  All genres will be considered with the caveat that stories with too much gore or sexual content won’t be accepted. Our intention is to produce your works into various media.
Bearing this in mind, Flash Point Theatre will only request first printing rights to your work. This means your work must not appear anywhere else on the web prior to its release on this site. You will retain all rights to your work otherwise. We currently do not offer compensation for submissions. Please email submissions to drumwvu at yahoo dot com for consideration. Please allow two to four weeks for a reply.

Producers:

 We offer a podcast room for audio producers. As above, you will retain all audio production rights to your recordings. We will consider original short works for first time rights. If you find a piece here that you would like to produce, use the email contact above and reference the story’s title in your request.

Directors:

 You can  opt to create a film from one of our written works here. We will offer a YouTube channel for directors interested in creating a short film from one of our stories. First time rights apply as above.

Upon acceptance, you understand that Flash Point Theatre reserves the right to distribute works and have them produced and/or performed in other media without prior consent or compensation for such renderings.

By submitting your work, you attest that you are the holder of any and all necessary copyrights to your work. Flash Point Theatre will not be held liable for any infractions.

Any works found to violate copyright laws will not be considered.
